The lifting synchronization of the upper roller is controlled by a computer. The tilting side of the upper roller is equipped with a tilting oil cylinder, and the tail of the upper roller is equipped with a balancing mechanism, which can facilitate the unloading of the rolled workpiece and cylinder.
The two lower rollers are supported by self-aligning roller bearings, fixed on the bearing seats of the two lower rollers, and driven by horizontal moving boxes at both ends. Its horizontal movement is automatically returned to the center by computer control. The machine is equipped with a material alignment device, which facilitates the alignment of sheet metal.
The lower roller is equipped with a set of supports, with a total of four support rollers fixed to the bearing seat of the support rollers.
The two lower rollers are active rollers, driven by dual main motors technology.
